KATHLEEN
Centre Director

Hi! I'm Kathleen.
I have been working in Early years education, supporting children and families for over 9 years now. Throughout this time, I have developed a deep passion for nurturing children's growth, learning and development.
I strongly believe that families play an essential role in a child's learning journey, and I value the knowledge, perspectives and contributions that parents bring. By working together we can provide the best possible outcomes for every child.
As director, my focus is on creating safe, nurturing environments where children feel confident and supported to thrive. I am committed to leading with care and dedication, ensuring our centre continues to be a place where children, families and educators feel welcomed and respected. My vision is to guide our centre as a warm, inclusive community where children develop a lifelong love for learning.
Outside my work I enjoy spending time with my young adult children, often chatting and sharing moments that keep me grounded and connected. These experiences continue to remind me of the importance of family, which inspires the values I bring into my work each day.

Early Childhood Teacher

Hi, I’m Lee.
I hold a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education from Malaysia and recently completed my Master’s in Teaching in Australia. My passion for early childhood education drives me to create an environment where kids feel safe, valued, and eager to learn. I believe children learn best through play and exploration, so I design activities that nurture their creativity, problem-solving skills, and social interactions.
A big part of my role is helping kindy kids get ready for school. I focus on building their confidence and skills to make that transition as smooth as possible.

Hey! I’m Jill and I’ve spent the past nine years working in early education, starting as a trainee and working my way up to assistant director. Along the way, I’ve discovered my passion for creating a space where kids can grow, learn, and feel supported. My dream is to one day lead my own centre, where I can bring my vision of an engaging and nurturing environment to life.
Building strong relationships with families is so important to me. I believe open communication and trust create a community where children thrive. I also love incorporating outdoor play into daily routines – watching kids explore nature and seeing how it boosts their creativity and well-being is one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
When I’m not working, I’m all about soccer – whether playing or cheering with friends, I love the teamwork and energy. I’m excited for the future and to keep making a difference in the lives of children and families!
